Who are The Complainers?

Who are The Complainers?

We’re Anjali and Michele – two urban women who get accused of complaining a lot. Some even call us negative. But we’ll listen to either side of an issue. More importantly, we want to hear what you’ve got to complain about. Join us Fridays at 1 pm, on chevradioam.com  or send us an e-mail and tell us what you think at complainersradio@gmail.comDon’t be shy! There are lots of complaints to be made!

Outta my way! Give me some personal space.

Do you have a complaint?About your friends, your neighbours, the service you got, the price you paid, the school, the neighbours, the kids, the boss? Here’s the place to vent. One hour on a Friday afternoon where we’ll listen to your complaints. We’ve been complaining for years — and we’d like you to join us.Check back here for our upcoming topics.

This Friday, July 13th, we’ll be talking about:

Personal space: from getting banged by a back pack to loud talkers and close talkers, can people just learn to have some decorum around others?

We don’t need to hear your entire conversation.

We don’t want to hear the music you’re blaring.

And by the way, when we’re at the gym, we don’t want to talk to you while you’re naked.

Thanks.

 Start complaining now!

Let us know what you think!

Tip Jars – Love ’em or hate ’em?

We’ll be discussing the new phenomenon of the tip jar that seems to be creeping up on every counter – from the dry cleaner, the coffee stop and the gas station.

I always thought that the ‘got a penny, leave a penny’ thing was fine…in fact the first time I saw one of these jars, I thought it was the same kind of thing..then I saw loonies and toonies inside and was taken back…oh, it’s for tips.

People argue that coffee servers, etc., are paid minimum wage and that the extra change you leave helps them enormously. It also is quite the same as service you get in a restaurant.

Those on the other side of the debate say that there is no way that the service is of the same nature and that tip jars are just greedy.

What do you think?

send us an e-mail – we’ll be talking about this and more tomorrow between 1 and 2 on www.chevradioam. com
